These Terms & Conditions govern SMS messages sent by Cowboy Pool Alerts, a private residential pool monitoring and automation system.
Program description
Cowboy Pool Alerts sends automated, non-marketing SMS notifications about pool equipment automation events, equipment status, safety interlocks, detected fault or error conditions, corrective actions, and recovery confirmations.
Eligibility and consent
The system is for private personal use. The sole recipient is the system owner, who explicitly consents by manually adding and maintaining the owner's own mobile number in the monitoring system configuration.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies because messages are generated by equipment events and safety conditions.
Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Any carrier charges are the responsibility of the mobile subscriber.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, no further SMS messages should be sent unless the recipient later provides new consent.
Help
Reply HELP to any Cowboy Pool Alerts message for help.
No marketing or third-party messaging
Cowboy Pool Alerts does not send marketing, promotional, advertising, affiliate, lead-generation, or third-party messages.
Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Use of the messaging program is also governed by the Cowboy Pool Alerts Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the system or messaging service changes. The current version will remain publicly available at this page.
