This Privacy Policy applies to Cowboy Pool Alerts, a private residential pool monitoring and automation system operated under the registered messaging brand MarkFischer and used by its owner to receive SMS equipment and safety notifications.

The system may store the owner's mobile number and technical information needed to operate the alert service, such as equipment status, automation events, fault codes, safety interlock events, and message delivery records.
How information is used
Information is used only to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and deliver Cowboy Pool Alerts notifications to the authorized recipient.
Mobile information and consent
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are not sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The mobile number is used only for the Cowboy Pool Alerts messaging program and related technical operation of the service.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Messages are event-driven and may be sent when equipment starts or stops, a fault or safety condition occurs, a corrective action is taken, or a recovery is confirmed.
